72A.Freedom of affiliation or disaffiliation with a federal structure of choice
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any other law for the time being in force, the co-operative credit structure entity shall have the liberty for the affiliation or disaffiliation with the federal structure of its choice :
Provided that, in the general meeting of the co-operative credit structure entity, a resolution for this purpose is passed by a majority of not less than 3/4th of the total members of such entity.
