Section 144-2A : Application of Chapter XI-1A to non- agricultural co- operative credit societies
(1) Unless the context otherwise requires, this Chapter shall apply to the non-agricultural co-operative credit societies.
(2) The provisions of this Chapter shall be, in addition to and not, save as hereinafter provided, in derogation of the provisions of this Act or any other law for the time being in force.
