Section 144-25A : Constitution of Stabilization and Liquidity Support Fund
The State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, create “ the Stabilization and Liquidity Support Fund ” and shall consist of contributions made by the non-agricultural co-operative credit societies, refund of amount of assistance and interest thereupon, borrowings, donations received and any aid received from the Government.
