Section 144-23A : Regulations and guidelines to be binding on non- agricultural co- operative credit societies
(1)The non-agricultural co-operative credit society shall be bound to comply with the regulations and guidelines, issued by the Regulatory Board as per section 144-22A.
(2)The Registrar may call report from society as to the compliance of regulations framed and guidelines issued by the Regulatory Board, from time to time.
