Section 144-13A : Maharashtra State Non- Agricultural Co- operative Credit Societies Regulatory Board
The State Government shall, as soon as may be, after the commencement of the said Amendment Act, 2017, by notification in Official Gazette, constitute the Maharashtra State Non-Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies Regulatory Board, to perform such duties and functions assigned to it by or under this Act.
