On a requisition by 1/3rd of the Members of the committee, the Secretary of the Society shall convene a special meeting of the Committee within 7 days of the date of receipt of the requisition to discuss the matter mentioned in the requisition to discuss the matter mentioned in the requisition. On the failure of the Secretary of the Society to convene such a meeting within the time stipulated the procedure laid down under the Bye-laws No. 132 shall be followed.
