Documents Required for Conveyance deed for society

As per new decision by government only, 10 Documents Required for Conveyance deed for society now ,before taking handover from builder please check all required documents carefully then sign.

Required documents for society registration :
1.Form No 7(as shown in GR dated June 22,2018)
2.Society registration certificate and date of declaration certificate
3.Minutes of annual general body meeting wherein resolutions for deemed coneyance apllication was passed.
4.Copy of 7/12 extact or property registration card
5.List of society members
6.Copy of legal notice on appointment of promoter issued through a lawyer
7.Occupation certificate
8.In case of OC is not available,file a self declared affidavit
9.Rs.2000 court fee stamp
10.Self declared affidavit of documents submitted being true.
